Late penalty:

1. Arrive after the tournament has begun:    =       500 chip deduction

Bring a friend bonus:

1. Bring someone who has never played at the Frio before and earn a 500 chip bonus for that day. (Limit 2, per Monday)

 

 

Play in the Frio Saloon Championship Series!

Every 12 weeks we hold a championship game. Every 1 point you earn during the 12 weeks before the championship gives you 100 chips for the championship tournament.

How do you earn chips?

1. Every game you attend earns you 2 points.

 

1. Every final table (final 8) you make earns you bonus points.
1. 8th place – 5 points
2. 7th place – 6 points
3. 6th place – 7 points
4. 5th place – 8 points
5. 4th place – 9 points
6. 3rd place – 10 points
7. 2nd place – 11 points
8. 1st place  - 15 points

1. Remember: regular attendance will increase your chips for the championship game, but is not mandatory to participate in our league.

 

The Frio Saloon has one of the friendliest poker nights in town. We always have a few first timers and many veterans, so if you want to sharpen your poker skills in a friendly, diverse, but experienced game…and drink inexpensive ice cold beer with good friends, join us…we would love to have you.
