  Yes, you read it right, the Frio is smoke free. Why do you want to go home smelling like smoke after your party. Enjoy yourself in our smoke free enviroment. We have a large outside patio avaliable for our smoking customers as well.

  We have a large selection of music for you and your guests. We can set up a playlist that will play during your event, we can provide a DJ for a more customized variety of music, or if Live music is more to your liking we can book a band for you as well.
  
  

• Video Projection service:
  Have a favorite family movie you want to show your guests? or maybe you need to display a powerpoint presentation, feel free to utilize our huge 106 inch High Definition screen to get your point across .
  
  

• Public address service:
  Don't waste your time screaming at your guests, We have microphone service to help you address your party.
  
  
• Upgraded Climate Control
  We want you to enjoy yourself while your with us, that's why we have invested in upgrading the cooling and heating system to help make your night that much more enjoyable.

  FRIO PARTY GUILDELINES

  
  

   RESERVATIONS:

   

  During normal operating hours: (Monday-Friday)

  
  Depending on the size of your party and the day of the week we can reserve tables for you and your guests.  Monday –Wednesday we are able to mark off tables and hold them for you most of the night. On Thursday and Friday due to limited seating inside we will do our best to hold your tables for you as long as we can.  We can hold outside tables longer than inside tables.

                 

  Saturday and Sundays:

  
  Semi-private parties: If you would like for us to open for you on a Saturday or Sunday for a party we require a $200.00 deposit to reserve the date.  The day of the party this money will be converted to a bar tab for you and your guests. The deposit is not returned if you cancel less than 45 days before your reservation.  Multiple semi-private parties may be booked on the same day.

   

  Private Parties:  If you would like to reserve the bar for a full private party on Saturday or Sunday we charge a flat $350 dollar FEE.  The entire bar will be available for your party to include the outside patio.  No other parties will be booked. If you would like for us to provide someone at the gate to check invitations we charge $75.00 for this service.  Otherwise a sign is placed at the gate to let people know a private party is occurring.   A $200.00 deposit is required to make a reservation. The deposit is not returned if you cancel less than 45 days before your reservation. The balance of $150.00 is due on the day of your party.

   

   

  GENERAL INFO:

   

  Decorating: 
  You are welcome to decorate anytime during normal business hours.  We suggest you come and decorate as soon as we open.  We open at 3pm on weekdays and at 5 on Saturday.  If you need to decorate earlier than normal business hours an additional fee is required.

   

  Entertainment:
  You are welcome to book your own band or DJ for your party.  If you need a DJ we can book our house DJ for you, price is $125 for 4 hours. Bands are also available and pricing varies.

   

  Food:
  You are welcome to bring in your own food from outside the bar for your party.  We will do our best to allocate some space for your food.  If you are bringing in food on Thursday or Friday during live music, there will be limited room inside to place food.  If you have reserved the bar on the weekend for a private party you are more than welcome to rearrange tables as you wish.
                 
  Drinks:
  There are no outside drinks allowed, this includes any teas or punches brought in by caterers. No outside margarita machines or champagne will be allowed.  If you require something that we don’t carry please let us know and we will do our best to provide it for you. We also have set–ups available for purchase.
  
  Prices:
  Our prices are very inexpensive and vary.  Inquire at the bar to find out what the prices will be during your party.  Happy hour is Monday – Friday before 9pm. 
  
  BBQ Fundraisers:
  A food license from the Metro Health department is required for any food brought on or prepared on the premises that will be sold to the public.  The cost is minimal and can be obtained at the city service center on Alamo and Flores.
